User research
Before any development we sat down with caregivers, institution managers and operators and mapped the real bottlenecks in their daily work. That gave us the user profiles and the priority list every design decision builds on.
We're building a care documentation system for residential homes, home-care services and disability-care institutions. The first module, AltiCare Vox voice-based documentation, is already available and ready to roll out. That's roughly a third of the full system we envision; below you can see where each area stands.

Before any development we sat down with caregivers, institution managers and operators and mapped the real bottlenecks in their daily work. That gave us the user profiles and the priority list every design decision builds on.
The full design system is in place: colours, typography, icons, components. The mobile app screens are final from login through to shift handover, and the web interface designs are set. We're still working on the screens for the later modules.
We handle health data according to EU rules, with every access traceably logged. These foundations are built into the core of the system. The full GDPR processes and the EESZT connection come in the next phase.
The caregiver says what they did; the system turns it into text, splits it into events and shapes it into a document. Sign in with a PIN, even wearing gloves, in seconds. The caregiver reviews and approves the dictated events.
Full offline mode and a few convenience features.
Institution setup, permission management, managing caregivers and residents, resident admission and care plans, all in one place, from the browser.
Management overview dashboard.
The 15 mandatory care documents can be filled in digitally, with field-level validation, versioned and exported to PDF. It replaces paper-based admin work.
Automatic reminders for expiring documents.
From the approved events the system builds a shift-handover summary, with critical events highlighted at the top. The lead caregiver reviews and closes the shift, and the incoming caregiver confirms it.
Resident-centred timeline and a printable care task sheet.
Work continues even if the internet drops; everything syncs automatically once the connection is back.
Two-way interpreting between caregiver and resident, especially for caregivers from abroad.
Pulse and movement tracking via a sensor wristband, with automatic alerts.
Immediate, audible notification to caregivers on shift about a critical situation.
Care times, event history and working hours on one management dashboard.
Queries to the national health system, with outpatient data and drug interactions.
The video is currently available in Hungarian only.
The AltiCare Vox voice module is ready to roll out. If you'd like to see it in action, or want to know when the other areas arrive, get in touch.
